Black Friday is considered as the Thanksgiving Day, now you must be thinking why it so? The black Friday is on 29 November, this is considered as the shopping day which is usually taking place before the pre- Christmas event for commercial sale. Black Friday is considered important because global markets are open at this time. If we go back to the history of Black Friday than there are many facts which are buried inside, about which many of us are not even aware. Well, it revealed it was a long busy shopping day before it got its name. The name was first recorded in 1966 by a man named Earl Apfelbaum. The back Friday was considered as negative earlier because it used to bring a lot of traffic jam and violence along with it but with the time it got its name into positive sense. In 2010 black Friday violence has resulted in 10 deaths and 111 injuries. Violence has become so bad that it was named as black –eye- Friday.

Many online sites offer a better discount on Thanksgiving Day. Where the average discount is estimated at nearly 24%.  And if you are to wait till the last time of the shopping season often advertises products 10 to 15 per cent cheaper than on Black Friday. Hence, this day is still considered the best day to crack the deal for TV, tablets, appliances, and jewellery.
